Real Estate ads on Investby.Immo are without third party advertisements. Therefore, your potential customers can focus on what is really important: your offering.

If you are a professional real estate agent, you have to be constantly available, process lots of customer inquiries, and attend to administrative as well as paperwork. You often get customer requests, which produce a lot of work, but don't lead to a conclusion of a sale. Very often, after having seen all the details of the property in the documents, the customer decides against it. With Investby.Immo there is now a remedy: you give customers the opportunity to filter your investment properties using one of the most important criteria: the return. You can choose, if you want to make the ingredients of the return calculation public. Therefore, you will get customer inquiries which are more likely to conclude the sale, because the customer was able to check the data beforehand. This means to you saving time and a high efficiency in processing customer inquiries.

As a private offeror you can choose between two different products. For more details please go to products and prices for private offerors.

As a professional agent you can choose between four different ad packages. For more details please go to Products and Prices for business customers.

You can upload your photos as .jpeg or .jpg. These formats are also valid with capital lettering. Jpg files ensure faster loading while containing a high quality and therefore the visitors of your ads will have a great user experience.

If your photos have a different format than the ones mentioned above, please use a standard graphic program to convert them. This can usually be done by either using the export function or simply use save as and choose a different format from the drop down menu.

You will receive your invoice directly via email after placing your order. Additionally, you can find all your invoices in your user area by clicking on the menu button Invoices. This provides an overview and you always have access to your documents.

Your invoices are available as a pdf. To be able to read this file type, you need for instance a free program like AcrobatReader.

You can use either products for private offerors or products for professionals in one account, but you can't use both at the same time. If you would like to do so, you can create an additional user account and buy the other product type with this new account.

In case your status as an offerors changes, please create a new account with the according status.

The account status is determined either during registration or when you buy a product as a brand new customer without an account.

You can add up to 10 files per advertisement. This number includes photos and PDF files.

You can pay our services with:

  • PayPal (requires a free account)
  • Credit Card.

These methods are both fast and secure. Therefore, you can publish your advertisements the moment we receive your payment. This usually takes seconds.

Yes! We are very aware of the increasing problems that spam cause. To guard you effectively against spam, we came up with powerful methods. Some of them are obvious, others are hidden. However, we cannot give technical details due to understandable reasons.

We will send you all contact requests via the contact form directly to your email address, which you gave in the contact data. We keep this email address a secret to protect you.

The German law requires your email address in your imprint. We make a great effort to hide your email address from spam robots as good as possible. We also recommend to use a different email address for your imprint than for your daily correspondence. That way you can easily exchange the email address from your imprint, if it gets too much spam anyway. An example: info@yourCompanyName.com gets too much spam. Delete this address and get a new one, like imprint@yourCompanyName.com.

Useful hints

These hints certainly apply to your own website as well.

  • Please do not provide your email address in the description fields of your ads. That way, your address is visible as plain html and will be found by spam robots easily.
  • If you have no choice but to give your email address in plain html texts, please substitute the @ e.g. by at. This simple trick is surprisingly effective.
  • Please use an email address for your imprint, which you can easily exchange without having to notify everyone you know.

All ads you can buy here provide the possibility to exchange properties as often as you like. You can change the address, images, texts, characteristics and even the property category. If for instance a property is sold before the ad runs out, you can simply publish another property using the same ad to use the remaining time of the ad efficiently.

To exchange a property, please click on Manage Advertisements in the user area and then on the 'edit Advertisement' button right next to your ad.

You can create real estate ads for free and manage them in your user area. When you are ready to make your real estate ads publicly available, you have to buy a product from us using either credit card or PayPal. After the purchase, please go to 'Manage Advertisements' in the user area and click on the 'publish' button right next to your ad.

If you need more ads or if you want to test us for a month, you can buy single ads on top of your subscriptions. You can choose one or more ads with a runtime of one month on our product page using the select field labelled 'duration'.

Our subscriptions have a cancellation period of 14 days. You can cancel your subscriptions yourself with just a few clicks. In this case, please log into your user account and go to 'account > Your Subscriptions & Products'. Here you will find a table containing your active subscriptions. For every subscription you can find the link 'Cancel Subscription'. If you click on this link, you will be directed to a form, where you can provide the cancellation date as well as an optional reason for the cancellation. If you click on the button 'Cancel Subscription' your cancellation becomes obligatory.

However, if you change your mind, you can undo the cancellation or change the cancellation date. In the same table under 'account > Your Subscriptions & Products' you can now find the link 'Change/Undo Cancellation'.
