FAQ: Privacy
According to the GDPR you have the right to export your data that is stored with us in a digital format. To make this easy for you, we created a table in the user area under User Account > GDPR Data Admin, which tells you which data we store and why we do it. Next to each data category you can find a delete and a data export button.
By clicking on one of the according export buttons a .csv file is created (csv stands for comma separated values), which you can open with a standard programm like Excel, Open Office, Libre Office or simply a text editor. In the first line of this file you'll find the description of the columns and all following rows contain your data.
When you register with us you have the voluntary option to give us your consent for processing your data. This consent concerns email marketing with special offers from us about us. You can revoke your consent at any time, if you do not want to receive great offers from us anymore.
To make things easy for you, you can find a revocation button in the user area under User Account > GDPR Data Admin. By clicking this button your revocation is effective immediately and you will not get any more marketing emails from us from the moment you clicked this button. However, if you change your mind and want to receive great offers from us again, you can click the green button on the same page to give us your consent again.

Next to each data category you can find a delete and a data export button.
Due to tax laws we have to keep certain data, therefore you cannot delete all of the data. This affects for instance your billing address.
Please consider carefully, if you really want to delete your data. We cannot undo this deletion and therefore it might happen, that you have to reenter your data in case.
